Hi, I am Suyhalia Karim!
I’m a UX Designer bridging enterprise tech and social impact!
With a corporate social responsibility and education background, I am passionate about accessible, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing design.
For the past four years, I’ve shaped the future of enterprise data management as a designer for Match360, a core offering within IBM Cloud Pak for Data. My work goes beyond pixels: I design systems—seamless, user-centric experiences that bridge complex functionality with intuitive interaction. By integrating new features across the platform, I’ve helped teams navigate data governance with clarity and confidence.
But my perspective is rooted in more than tech. I currently serve as an Assistant Web Developer for a SAMHSA-funded government nonprofit, collaborating with teams addressing addiction and mental health crises. This dual lens—enterprise scalability and nonprofit constraints—fuels my ability to design for precision and purpose.
With 8 years of UX expertise, I specialize in:
Product Ecosystems: Designing cohesive, cross-platform experiences that reduce friction and amplify value.
Empathy in Action: Advocating for users who rely on complex systems, whether data scientists or individuals seeking critical health resources.
Mission-Driven Tech: Bridging the gap between high-stakes industries (healthcare, government, enterprise) and the humans they serve.
I’m drawn to organizations where design transforms lives and business outcomes, especially those tackling ambitious challenges in health, SaaS, or public good. Let’s build tools that matter.
